چکیده
Abstract Low-dimensional perovskite materials and their derivatives with excellent optical performance are promising candidates for light-emission applications. Herein, centimeter lead-halide Cs 4 PbBr 6 single crystals (SCs), which have been used radiation detection the indirect conversion method, were synthesized by a facile solution process. The scintillator exhibits bright green emission peaking at 525 nm high photoluminescence quantum yield (up to 86.7%) under 375 laser excitation. SCs exhibit sensitivity 40 keV X-rays, favorable linearity X-ray exposure dose rate, limit is as low 64.4 nGy air /s. scintillation time-response of was acquired time-correlated single-photon counting system alpha-particle very fast time response ( τ av = 1.46 ns) alpha particles from 241 Am source. This value comparable that commercial plastic EJ-228 1.31 much faster than LYSO(Ce) 36.17 ns). Conceptual imaging pulse height spectroscopy experiments also performed. These results demonstrated potential applications, including charged particle decay sensitivity.

X-ray Scintillation in Lead Halide Perovskite Crystals
Current technologies for X-ray detection rely on scintillation from expensive inorganic crystals grown at high-temperature, which so far has hindered the development of large-area scintillator arrays. Thanks to the presence of heavy atoms, solution-grown hybrid lead halide perovskite single crystals exhibit short X-ray absorption length and excellent detection efficiency. Here we compare X-ray ...
متن کاملA Multifrequency-Resonator-Based System for High-Sensitivity High-Field EPR Investigations of Small Single Crystals
In this paper, we describe a multifrequency spectroscopic system which is ideally suited to EPR investigations of very small single crystals. Our method utilizes oversized resonant cavities and a continuously tunable vector network analyzer. This system provides excellent sensitivity over a broad frequency range from about 30 GHz up to about 120 GHz, and in magnetic fields up to 33 T.
متن کاملLead halide perovskites: Crystal-liquid duality, phonon glass electron crystals, and large polaron formation
Lead halide perovskites have been demonstrated as high performance materials in solar cells and light-emitting devices. These materials are characterized by coherent band transport expected from crystalline semiconductors, but dielectric responses and phonon dynamics typical of liquids. This "crystal-liquid" duality implies that lead halide perovskites belong to phonon glass electron crystals, ...
متن کاملLigand Mediated Transformation of Cesium Lead Bromide Perovskite Nanocrystals to Lead Depleted Cs4PbBr6 Nanocrystals.
Lead halide perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) have emerged as attractive nanomaterials owing to their excellent optical and optoelectronic properties. Their intrinsic instability and soft nature enable a post-synthetic controlled chemical transformation. We studied a ligand mediated transformation of presynthesized CsPbBr3 NCs to a new type of lead-halide depleted perovskite derivative nanocrystal,...
